What information do we collect?
Daddy's Budget may collect the following information from you when you use any of the Daddy's Budget services:
- Registration details including one or more emails and a password;
- Technical Information including your IP address, unique identifier of your mobile device, operating system, web browser, pages viewed, links selected and time spent on the sites.
How do we use your information?
We use your information only as follows:
- To analyze Site usage and improve the services provided through the Sites (the "Services");
- To deliver to you any administrative notices or alerts and communications relevant to your use of the Services;
- To fulfill your requests for certain products and Services;
- For market research, project planning, troubleshooting problems;
- Detecting and protecting against errors, fraud, or other criminal activity;

This information helps us to determine areas of our Web sites that are most helpful to our customers and what areas may need improvement. We use cookies to help us track site usage. How do we share your information?
We don't sell, rent, or share any of the personal information you provide to us. There are occasions, however, where we must share your information to provide you with the services you requested or for legal reasons.

- Within Daddy's Budget, including among our subsidiaries we may share your contact information, and the types of products and services you have purchased from us;

Daddy's Budget may also aggregate transaction data and disclose such data only in aggregate and in a non-personally identifiable manner to third parties for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., how many users responded to a particular offer). Aggregated information does not identify you individually.
How do we use cookies?

We use analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Applications on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from.
Is it possible to opt-out of future emails?
We may sometimes send you information about other products and services that may be of interest to you. Nevertheless, you may opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing email from Daddy's Budget and our affiliates at any time by changing your email preferences on daddysbudget.com. However, you may not opt-out of important alert and notification emails relating to your Daddy's Budget account. These emails are necessary to update you on the status of your account and to resolve any issues that may arise.
How will I know about privacy policy changes?
Any changes made to our privacy policy will be updated and posted on our website and mobile app along with a notice indicating that they will not be in effect until 30 days from the time of posting. As required by law, if you are a current customer, we provide you with notice of our privacy practices annually. We may choose to provide this annual notice by postal mail, email, or by posting it on our Web site.

Your California privacy rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to support@daddysbudget.com. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California Privacy Rights requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
